Admission Process

  • Issue of Application:
    The application will be issued during the month of December every year.
  • Verification of Documents:
    The documents submitted will be verified before admission.
  • Interaction with the child and parents:
    An interaction session with the child and both the parents will be conducted by the Headmistress, Student Counsellor and Teachers.
  • Fee Payment:
    The fee must be paid as per the school’s regulations.
  • Lateral admission procedure for LKG & UKG:
    A requisition letter must be provided by the parents for admission along with documents, subject to availability of seats. An interaction session with the child and both the parents will be conducted by the Headmistress, Student Counsellor and Teachers.

  • Income & Caste Certificate (if applicable)

Admission procedure

  • Information in the application should be the same as per Aadhaar Card. No change in information is allowed after the admission is over.
  • Parents are required to provide self-attested copies of the above mentioned documents compulsorily at the time of admission.
  • A photocopy of the Aadhaar card of Student, Father and Mother in a single A4 sheet.
  • Admission will be made only after interacting with the child and the parents.
  • Admission will be cancelled if any discrepancy is found in the documents submitted.
  • Fee to be paid on the date of admission. No refund of fee is entertained once admission is made.

  2. Written Entrance Test followed by Orals
  3. Interaction with the Principal, Vice-Principal & Counsellor
  4. Document Submission
  5. Fee Payment
  6. Admission Confirmation

DOCUMENTS to be submitted

  • Birth Certificate ( For Standard 1)
  • Student’s latest Passport size Photograph
  • Photocopy of Aadhaar Card (student & parents/guardian)
  • Student’s SATS number/ PEN (Permanent Education Number)  from the previous school
  • Income & Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Previous 2 years marks card
  • TC from the previous school
  • Address/ID Proof
  • Admission Form

admission procedure

  1. Application form to be obtained from the school office.
  2. Parents are required to submit the following self-attested copies along with the application:
    * Latest Passport size photograph of the student.
    * Previous 2 Years Marks card.
    * SATS & PEN (Permanent Education Number) of the student.
    * Aadhaar Card of Student & both the parents in a single A4 size paper.
    * Address proof (If the address differs from the Aadhaar).
    * Latest Caste cum Income Certificate (SC/ST/OBC).
  3. Selected students must be present with both the parents for interaction on the day of admission along with all the original documents (serial no.2).
  4. Information in the application should be the same as in TC and Aadhaar Card. No change in information is entertained after the admission.
  5. Aadhaar Card of the student with complete Date of birth.
  6. TC from the previous school which has U-DISE number & SATS number of the school and the student respectively should be downloaded from the SATS portal only. No handwritten TC will accepted.
  7. Admission will be cancelled if any discrepancy is found in the documents submitted.
  8. Fee to be paid on the date of admission. No refund of fee is entertained once admission is made.

Campus Visit Guidelines:

  • Students and parents need to be dressed formally (Shorts, track pants etc are restricted).
  • Ensure you reach the venue 10 minutes before your allotted time slot. Even a slight delay might lead to the cancellation of interaction as we have consecutive interactions with a tight schedule.
  • Please follow MES Kishora Kendra School rules and regulations.
  • Please carry the originals of all relevant documents (Previous year report cards, birth certificate, ID and Address proof etc) during your visit.
