“Where My Story Began and My Dreams took Flight”
MES when I hear this, a truckload of memories hit me from when I was a babbling toddler in kindergarten to who I am today. MES will always be a part of my life whether I live somewhere far away or am living right next to it. MES has shaped my entire life, even now I remember my first day of school when was crying uncontrollably and the teachers consoled me until my parents came to pick me up. MES is a school that is made up of exceptional teachers and non- teaching staff, the teachers value each child and look after their students as if they’re their children and in MES we don’t just sit in a classroom and drone on about mathematics science or chemistry, MES is a school where we explore the new by stepping out of the classroom and experimenting in our science labs or going on field trips to learn how things around us work .during all of this MES has continuously encouraged me to socialise with other classmates and create friendships that could last a lifetime. MES has also taught me several moral values to respect people of different cultures and traditions to take care of elders and to be disciplined MES has taught me how to be brave confident determined and laugh in the face of fear not to mention the several traditions that MES has inculcated in me. MES has also helped me at my times of need. MES is not just a school to me it’s a place that has taught me, disciplined me and encouraged me I now see why they call schools our second home. I will forever be in debt to MES Kishora Kendra.”

“Namaste, I am Viviktha Nidhi of class 8th. Ever since I can remember, school has been my second home. From eating chapati and jam rolls for lunch to eating delicious pulao, my school has seen it all. From nursery till here, whenever I walk into school, I feel a deep sense of comfort and safety.
I made great friendships while I was in the first grade, and they are still strong today. I’d like to say that my friends are very encouraging, loyal and knowledgeable as well. One thing I really appreciate are our assembly traditions, like daily shlokas and the weekly Bhagavad Geeta recitations. The songs and dances performed by students and sometimes even teachers are always a beautiful sight and most importantly everyone gets the chance to shine on stage through daily news reading done by a different class each and every day.
Furthermore, teachers give us the opportunity to participate in various competitions conducted by different organisations which I truly appreciate.
Speaking of teachers, let me take a moment to write about them.
In my opinion, our teachers are very supportive and understanding. They always listen to my ideas and explain complex concepts in ways words cannot describe. Sometimes when I’m unwell in school, the support staff take care of me like I’m their own child.
I eagerly wait all year for three grand events: Kalavedi, sports day, and annual day, where everyone participates and wins prizes. Our school takes us on an educational field trip every year and I’ve never missed a single one because of the great lessons, experiences and the pride of representing our school.
In conclusion, MES is a simple yet diverse, ancient yet evolving and humble yet confident school. MES is truly one in a million.

“From My First Classroom to My Biggest Dreams”
My journey began in the nursery, with little steps, curious eyes, and countless dreams. Year after year, I grew in knowledge, confidence, and character. Looking back, every classroom holds a special memory for me. I still remember my first uniform, my first classroom, my first teacher, and the friends I made. The small moments that once seemed ordinary have now become some of my most precious memories.
My teachers have been my guides, mentors, and constant supporters. They taught me not only my subjects but also valuable lessons about discipline, kindness, confidence, and perseverance. I will always be grateful for their patience, encouragement, and belief in me.
My school taught me much more than what was written in books. Through sports, art, competitions, celebrations, and activities, I learned teamwork, creativity, leadership, and confidence. School gave me friendships that made every day special. I shared laughter, lunch, secrets, successes, and challenges with my friends. These friendships and memories will always have a special place in my heart.
I learned the importance of honesty, kindness, discipline, respect, responsibility, and compassion. These values continue to guide me in my life and help me become a better person. I entered school as a child and slowly became a more confident individual. Every challenge and opportunity helped me discover my strengths, overcome my fears, and believe in myself.
My school follows a special tradition called the Investiture Ceremony, where selected students receive leadership roles, badges, and sashes. I experienced both successes and challenges during my school journey. I received the Discipline Award as an achievement when I was in Grade 4. I received a badge of responsibility as the Sports Captain in Grade 6, and I have also received several medals for calligraphy, spelling bee, and handwriting competitions.
My school is much more than classrooms and buildings. It is the laughter in the corridors, the familiar faces, the morning bell, and the countless memories that I will carry in my heart. I am grateful to my teachers, parents, friends, and everyone who supported me throughout my journey. Most of all, I am thankful to my school for giving me a place where I could learn, grow, dream, and discover myself.
As I step into the future, I will carry my school’s lessons and memories with me. I may leave the school one day, but a part of my heart will always remain here.

“From Nursery to Now: Growing Up, Learning, Belonging”
School is the best part of one’s life. No matter what age we are, we always cherish our schooldays. Here is a small glimpse of my journey through my schooldays.
Day one—I still remember my parents coming to see me off. I was so scared and nervous. I entered the school and saw many new people and children all around me. Some of them were crying, and I joined them too.
It took a few days for me to adjust to this new and exciting school environment. Learning became fun, with colourful demonstrations by teachers. Their way of teaching through actions made learning even more interesting.
Nursery and LKG were fun. We started learning from the very basics. UKG was a challenge, as COVID had kicked in. Schools shut down, we were locked in our homes, and we missed our school and friends.
Half of Class 1 also passed without school. After half a year, we entered the primary section. With new teachers, we struggled to learn as we had missed a year. Our teachers were eagerly waiting to see us come back. They were very patient and gave us ample time to get back on track and come up to pace.
Teachers also had a hard time teaching us post-COVID, as we had missed live classes. They put their blood, sweat and tears into bringing in innovative methods of teaching and engaging each one of us in different ways to help us learn things in interesting ways.
As days passed, classmates became friends, and a few became my best buddies. I enjoy my time with them at school. We share our feelings with each other, and I will cherish their friendship throughout my life.
Our school not only focuses on education as a standalone goal; it also emphasises becoming good citizens. Hence, it imparts good values that we inculcate to become the best versions of ourselves.
Apart from academics, I have grown personally in other fields by actively participating in co-curricular activities such as exhibitions, dance, drawing and competitive exams like the Olympiads. These have immensely helped me develop my social relationships with my peers.
We enjoy the co-curricular activities conducted within and outside the school. They give us an opportunity to showcase our skills and work on them to maximise our potential. We also enjoy and encourage our friends who participate in these activities.
In this context, I would like to mention that I was the topper of the class in the SOF IMO in Class IV. I am striving to maintain this position every year.
I would like to thank each of the teachers, staff members and all others, including my friends, who have made my school life a memorable and worthwhile journey. One day, when I look back, I will definitely miss my schooldays, and my heart will be filled with gratitude for all the teachings, values and discipline instilled in me because of my school.
Once I walk out of the school after graduating, I will definitely have my head held high for the achievements I have accomplished as part of this wonderful journey at MESKK.

A Journey of little steps, lasting memories and big dreams.
My journey from nursery to the present at MES Kishore Kendra Malleshwaram has been one of the most special part of my life. When I think about my first days in nursery, I remember coming to school with a little nervousness but also a lot of excitement about meeting my teachers and new friends. I still remember those small movements of learning, playing, laughing and taking part in school activities, which may have seemed ordinary then but are now some of my favorite memories. As I grew older, my teachers became an important part of my journey. They did not just teach us lessons from text books; they inspired us to be curious, confident, responsible and brave enough to try new things.
School taught me that learning is not only about getting good marks but also about understanding people, working together, helping others, being discipline, respecting everyone and learning from our mistakes. My friends have also made this journey much more enjoyable. We have shared jokes, games, celebration, homework, competitions, and countless little moments that I know I will remember for a long time. The special traditions and celebrations at MES have made school life even more memorable and has given us a feeling that we are part of one big school family. Of course, my journey has not always been easy. There have been difficult subjects, exams, competitions, mistakes, disappointments, and times when I felt like giving up but every challenge taught me something and every achievement, whether big or small, gave me the confidence to keep going, looking back, I can see how much I have changed not just in what I know, but in the way I think, behave, and face challenges. This school has given me knowledge, friendships, confidence, memories, and values that I will carry with me wherever I go, my school is not just a place where I come to study it feels like a place where I have grown up and discovered more about myself. I am truly grateful to my teachers for their patience and inspirations to my friends for making every day brighter and to my school for giving me so many wonderful experiences. I may not know exactly where my journey will take me, but I know that I will carry the lessons, values, friendship and memories with my school with me. my journey started with those little steps in nursery, and today, those steps have grown bigger and confident. I am excited to see where the next steps will take me and I hope that one day I can look back and feel proud of the journey I began at MES.
