Ms. Yashaswini S. Kumar
Batch – 2020-21
As an alumnus of MES Kishora Kendra School, I believe my school gave me a strong foundation in education and, as an artist, shaped the creativity within me.
Just as a sculptor patiently chisels away at a piece of stone to reveal its true form, my teachers were the sculptors who shaped my thoughts, nurtured my creativity, and guided me towards the right path in life. They gave me the freedom to explore, the courage to create, and the values to understand who I wanted to become.
MES Kishora Kendra is renowned for its academic excellence and vibrant cultural ethos. Even today, the institution continues to provide a holistic education, nurturing students not only academically but also encouraging them to excel in sports, art, and a wide range of extracurricular activities. It remains committed in shaping, confident and capable individuals.
I will always be deeply grateful to my school and teachers for nurturing my dreams, guiding my journey, and helping me become the person I am today

Batch – 2024-25
When I look back at my time at MES Kishora Kendra School, it feels like a beautiful journey of intense classes. School wasn’t just about sitting at a desk memorizing formulae. A huge part of my life was tied to the stage, dedicating hours to classical music and classical dance. Class 10 is usually a stressful period of endless tests and heavy pressure, but the grounding atmosphere at the school made it different. MES provided a space where culture and studies coexisted perfectly. My most cherished memories are from those days in the school auditorium, rushing straight from rigorous classical rehearsals back to the classroom, still trying to catch my breath before the next mock exam.
The teachers at MES never forced me to choose between my art and my textbooks. Instead, they stood by me, ensuring I didn’t fall behind and offering the flexibility I needed to manage both worlds seamlessly. That distinct discipline and support system from MES directly translated into my academic focus when boards arrived. Being able to secure 94% in my 10th standard board exams while remaining deeply involved in the school’s cultural circuit is a milestone, I will always hold close. That score isn’t just a personal achievement; it is a reflection of how MES pushes its students to excel without forcing them to give up their identity. The school doesn’t just teach lessons for an examination—it builds a lasting foundation.
Proud to be an MES Product!
The place which taught me everything, my dear school, “MES Kishora Kendra”…

The place which taught me everything, my dear school, “MES Kishora Kendra”.
From the prayer I do in the morning hour till the last prayer before bed time, everything is from our Shloka book – “The Stuti Manjari”.
Travelling back to 2003 when my parents made me join this school in particular, as they wanted their daughter to be rooted in our culture and traditions and it did come true.
Every time I remember my school, the main thing which makes me nostalgic is our teachers/ Gurus, the people who supported me during my lows, guided me in every single thing in order to make us good human beings. Even today every single praise, life lesson is etched in my mind, such was the power of their words and intent! Today if I am a doctor and following my pursuit in this profession, major credit goes to my teachers along with parents. Be it academics or extra-curricular activities, every field was given importance. They used to care for us like their own kids, which is very rare in schools. If I am strong and facing the challenges in life without ever giving up, all thanks to the teaching, motivation and guidance that was offered to us in school which made us resilient for life.
Many of my batchmates got into good professions, are doing well and most importantly they are good people who value virtues, somewhere the school and teachers shape this part of a kid’s life to a very great extent as the proverb goes, ಬೆಳೆಯುವ ಸಿರಿ ಮೊಳಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 🌱
Be it interschool competition or Kishora Pratibhe, gave us a platform to interact with other school students and exposure to different environments which is required in today’s competitive world.
I love the way Devabhasha Samskritham language is prioritised here, which is the main tool to learn our Culture-traditions and understand Spirituality.
All in all, I will always be grateful to this place, my Gurus and dear friends for being such an integral part of my life forever.
My journey at MES Kishora Kendra School, from Pre-Nursery to Grade 10, continues to hold….
Mr. Abhishek Sriram
Batch – 2019-20
My journey at MES Kishora Kendra School, from Pre-Nursery to Grade 10, continues to hold a special place in my life. I am deeply grateful to my parents for giving me the opportunity to study at this institution.
Even today, I remember entering the school and offering my prayers before the beautiful idol of Goddess Saraswati. That sacred presence, followed by the morning prayers and the familiar rhythm of school life, remains fresh in my memory.
From my early years, the school encouraged me to observe, learn, participate and express myself. Whenever a talent, creative ability or curiosity was noticed, I was encouraged to step forward and explore it further. The opportunities I received through academics, cultural activities, competitions and leadership helped me discover different dimensions of myself, each becoming a part of my growing years.
When I look back today, I see a little Abhishek walking into school each morning and returning home each evening. It reminds me that we light tomorrow with what we do today. The school has blessed me with countless memories, enriching experiences and a strong foundation that continues to guide me as I move forward in life.

I am a very proud alumnus of MES Kishora Kendra School, fondly known as MES, in vibrant Malleswaram and its surroundings. The years I spent at MES feel like a fascinating dream that I cherish with all my heart. I joined MES KK in Nursery in 2007 and spent a significant part of my life there—a whole 13 years—creating layer upon layer of precious memories.
MES Kishora Kendra School was an integral part of my formative years and has undeniably played a significant role in moulding me into the person I am today. The assemblies, classes, school events, competitions, wall magazines and Annual Days have all been etched in my memory forever. The classroom atmosphere, the tense moments before examinations and the school elections gave me experiences for which I remain deeply grateful.
My teachers have always been incredibly kind and approachable. Most importantly, throughout my 13 years at MES, I was given countless opportunities to participate and perform—whether in competitions, Annual Day programmes, school events and exhibitions, or through contributing write-ups to the school magazines. These opportunities helped me discover and express different aspects of myself.
Then there are the little memories that make those years even more special: birthdays celebrated at school, school picnics, unexpected holidays, summer vacations, and the excitement of preparing for a new academic year with the fresh smell of new books, notebooks and stationery. The daily chit-chat with friends and the excitement of meeting them after the vacations will always hold a special place in my heart. Nothing quite matches the feeling of bringing home the medals and certificates I had won in competitions—the sheer pride and happiness that came with those moments remain unforgettable.
I am immensely grateful to my teachers and Principal for their constant guidance, encouragement and support throughout my school journey. I am equally thankful to the support staff and all the non-teaching staff who were an important part of everyday school life.
I am also thankful to God that I was able to experience my entire schooling journey without missing those precious years to the unforgiving COVID-19 pandemic, which changed the world so profoundly that we now speak of life in terms of the pre-COVID and post-COVID eras.
The school was my second home—a place that witnessed my growing years, shaped my experiences and gave me memories that I will carry for a lifetime.
Long live MES KK—my school, my second home!
